"I FEEL GREAT! I have been a member at Curves since February 2005 and have lost 20 pounds, so far!

Working out at Curves 3 times a week has become a routine for me. I really enjoy my 30 minute workouts.

I was determined to lose weight and Curves made it possible for me!

Exercising 3 times a week and healthy eating habits have become a way of life for me. My husband, family and friends have been very supportive and are very proud of me.
